Rentals
Unfortunately, we are a small company without an unlimited inventory of mainstream retailers. With that being said, we expect our customers to return the rental the way they found it. Any damage to our equipment will be evaluated and a cost report will be submitted to the customer. We expect damages to be paid in full.
Shipping and Returns
All merchandise ordered through our site is sent through UPS. Each order has a flat rate of $6.00 which pays for UPS premium shipping and insurance. Orders above $50.00 will receive free shipping. If a shipment does not arrive within 5 to 8 business days, call or email us at
267-867-5309 or service@perkrentals.com and we will do our best to resolve your issue. Within 20 days of your purchase, we offer a full refund on the item, however, you must pay the return postage. All returns are to be sent to 2821 Hill Rd, Green Lane, PA 18054. Feel free to contact us with any other problems.
Injury
Perkiomen Outdoor Rentals is not held liable for any injuries caused by the equipment. By renting through Perkiomen Outdoor Rental, the customer assumes full risk and responsibility for their actions. We expect all of our customers to follow the laws and guidelines of our local government. This includes wearing life jackets when operating a watercraft. Head protection when riding bicycles is not required but highly recommended. Helmets will be given upon request.
